End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Orderly Outfitters LLC ("Company") governing your use of Company websites, services, and related materials (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

The Services are owned and operated by Company. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are and will remain the property of Company or its licensors.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
